Question 1

Do I need to know Google Tag Manager?

Accepted Answer

No. OneClickTag finds what to track, builds the tags, triggers, Google Ads conversions and GA4 events, and tests them in a real browser before anything goes live.

Question 2

What does OneClickTag change in my Google accounts?

Accepted Answer

Only what you approve. We work in our own GTM workspace, create conversion actions and GA4 events for the trackings you choose, and never publish without your go-ahead unless you turn on auto-publish.

Question 3

What happens when a client changes their site?

Accepted Answer

Auto-Fix re-scans every day. When a button moves, it repairs the tracking, re-tests it and tells you what changed.

Question 4

What counts as a client?

Accepted Answer

One website you manage tracking for. Each client gets its own Google connection, GTM workspace and GA4 property.

Question 5

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your trackings stay in your Google accounts - they are yours.
